I never get shipping insurance from NatureDirectCo. solely because of how well they pack. While opening an order and moving the unwrapped items to a table, I dropped one of the carnelian diamonds, and all I heard when it fell was soft bubbly bumps. So NDC did great packing (as usual) because I know that diamond is a-okay. Honestly, if it breaks after they packed it, I personally believe it was meant to be broken.
